All orders are processed the day we receive them. We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours, provided the merchandise is in stock.

Back Orders

We make every effort to have all merchandise in-stock for your convenience. However, on occasion we may be temporarily out of stock of an item you ordered. Back ordered items will be noted on your receipt. We will notify you of an estimated shipping date to complete your order.

TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU FIRST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL OR PHONE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS TO REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
- When sending back any item, please include a copy of your receipt. Indicate the reason for the return and your preference of exchange, credit or refund. Garments must be unmarked, unworn and in tact.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

All orders of standard merchandise received by December 10th will be in your hands on or before December 23rd. If we are unable to complete your order by December 23rd, we will notify you no later than December15th.
- Custom orders must be received, with artwork approved, by December 1st to be in your hands by December 23rd.
